Fine Cut is a digital editing asset store offering premium video editing resources including LUTs, overlays, sound effects, presets, project files, and tutorial videos. All products are delivered digitally via instant download upon purchase. Fine Cut is operated by Antonio Loncarevic, a sole trader based in Vienna, Austria.
Fine Cut is an independent entity and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Instagram, Adobe, or any other social media platform or software company. Any software names, logos, or trademarks referenced on this site remain the property of their respective owners.

Payment information (processed securely by Whop and Stripe — we never store card details directly)
Username (via your Whop account)

When you visit finecut.io, we and our hosting provider (Framer) automatically collect certain technical data including your IP address, browser type, device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, and usage data such as pages viewed and timestamps. Whop — storefront, checkout, and digital product delivery
Stripe — payment processing
Framer — website hosting and infrastructure
Each provider operates under contractual obligations to protect your data and may only use it for the specific purposes we define. They will not share your data with any other organisation without our instruction.
We may also disclose your information where required by law, to protect our legal rights, or in connection with a business transfer or acquisition.
We have not sold or shared any personal information to third parties for commercial or marketing purposes in the preceding twelve (12) months.

All products sold through Fine Cut — including LUTs, overlays, sound effects, presets, project files, and tutorial videos — are exclusively owned and copyrighted by Antonio Loncarevic. Purchasing a Fine Cut product grants you a personal-use licence only.
You may not:
Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share any purchased files with third parties
Upload purchased assets to any website, forum, file-sharing platform, or digital or physical medium for others to access
Use purchased assets for commercial client work without purchasing the applicable commercial-use licence
We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy against illegal redistribution. Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution of our materials constitutes a direct violation of our intellectual property rights and applicable copyright law. We actively monitor for infringement and will take immediate legal action upon detection, including DMCA takedown notices, cease and desist actions, and pursuit of financial compensation.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Adobe Systems Incorporated, Adobe Premiere Pro, or any other video or photo editing software company. Any software names or trademarks referenced on this site remain the property of their respective trademark holders.
11. DO-NOT-TRACK CONTROLS
Most web browsers include a Do-Not-Track (DNT) feature. Because no uniform industry standard for recognising and implementing DNT signals currently exists, we do not respond to DNT signals at this time. If an enforceable standard is adopted in the future, we will update this policy accordingly.
