These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of https://finecut.io and any products or services purchased through Fine Cut. By accessing our website or completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.
Fine Cut is operated by Antonio Loncarevic, a sole trader based in Vienna, Austria. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

1. OUR PRODUCTS
Fine Cut sells premium digital editing assets ("Fine Cut Signature Pack") for video editors and content creators, including LUTs, overlays, sound effects, presets, project files, and tutorial videos. All products are digital downloads — no physical goods are shipped.
Fine Cut also operates a paid membership community ("Fine Cut Community") offering live coaching calls, educational courses, private forums, and direct access to professional coaches. The Fine Cut Community is a recurring monthly subscription managed through Whop.
Fine Cut is an independent entity. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Adobe Systems, Adobe Premiere Pro, Instagram, or any other software company or social media platform. Any software names or trademarks referenced on this site remain the property of their respective owners. Our products are designed to be used alongside third-party editing software, and it is your responsibility to ensure you have the compatible software required.
2. ORDERS & PAYMENT
All orders are processed through Whop, powered by Stripe. By completing a purchase, you confirm that:
You are at least 18 years of age
The payment information you provide is accurate and authorised
You have reviewed the product details and previews before purchasing
Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Apple Pay. All transactions are handled securely by Stripe — Fine Cut does not store your payment details.
Fine Cut Community memberships include a 1-day free trial. During the trial period, you have full access to the community at no charge. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid monthly membership at the price displayed at the time of sign-up. This price remains your billing rate for as long as your subscription stays active. Memberships auto-renew monthly until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your Whop account. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or misuse.
3. DELIVERY & ACCESS
Upon successful payment for digital products, you will receive instant access to your purchased files via your Whop account. A confirmation and download link will be sent to the email address associated with your purchase.
Upon successful sign-up for the Fine Cut Community, you will receive immediate access to the community, including all forums, courses, and scheduled events available at the time of joining.
If you experience any issues accessing or downloading your products, please reach out directly through Whop or contact us at contact@antonioproductions.com.
4. REFUND POLICY
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances — this applies to both digital products (Fine Cut Signature Pack) and the Fine Cut Community subscription.
Digital products cannot be returned once purchased and delivered. The Fine Cut Community subscription includes a 1-day free trial so you can evaluate the community before being charged. Once the trial ends and billing begins, no refunds will be issued. Cancellation of the subscription stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.
We strongly encourage you to review all product descriptions, previews, and compatibility information carefully before completing your purchase.
If you encounter a technical issue with accessing or downloading your files, please reach out directly through Whop so we can resolve it.
5. LICENCE & PERMITTED USE
Digital Products
Purchasing the Fine Cut Signature Pack grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal-use licence to use the files for your own personal video editing and content creation.
You may:
Use the assets in your own personal video projects
Use the assets in content you create and publish on your own social media channels
You may not:
Use the assets in paid client work or commercial productions
Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or transfer any purchased files to third parties
Share purchased files with others, whether for free or for payment
Upload purchased files to any platform, forum, or service for others to access
Claim ownership of any Fine Cut assets
This licence is granted to you personally and does not transfer to any other individual or entity.
Fine Cut Community
Access to the Fine Cut Community is granted on a personal, non-transferable basis for the duration of your active subscription. All content shared within the community — including but not limited to courses, live call recordings, coaching materials, plugins, templates, and supplementary resources — is for your personal use only.
You may not:
Record, download, screenshot, or capture live calls or community-exclusive content for redistribution
Share, redistribute, or resell any community content, materials, or resources outside the community
Share your login credentials or grant access to the community to any other individual
Upload or redistribute community-exclusive plugins, assets, or tools to any platform or service
Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your membership without refund.
6. PROHIBITED USES
In addition to the licence restrictions above, you agree not to:
Use our website or products for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our website, systems, or accounts
Use our products in a way that infringes the rights of any third party
Engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair the functioning of our website or services
Redistribute, resell, or sublicense purchased assets to any third party
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on finecut.io — including but not limited to product files, tutorial videos, community content, coaching materials, website design, copy, graphics, and branding — is the exclusive property of Antonio Loncarevic and is protected by copyright law.
We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy against illegal redistribution. Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution of our materials constitutes a direct violation of our intellectual property rights. We actively monitor for infringement and will take immediate legal action upon detection, including DMCA takedown notices, cease and desist orders, and pursuit of financial damages.

8. DISCLAIMER
Fine Cut products and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantees regarding specific results, outcomes, or performance from using our assets or participating in the Fine Cut Community. Results will vary depending on your skill level, software, hardware, and creative approach.
All images and video used on this website to showcase our products are either original, licensed, or royalty-free stock material cleared for commercial use. Our product previews are for illustrative purposes only.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Antonio Loncarevic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Fine Cut products, the Fine Cut Community, or this website, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of business opportunity.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific product or, in the case of a subscription, the amount paid in the most recent billing period.
10. DISPUTES & GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Austria, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to reach out to Antonio directly so we can attempt to resolve the matter informally. If a resolution cannot be reached, any legal proceedings shall be brought exclusively before the competent courts of Vienna, Austria.
If you are a consumer based in the EU, you may also have the right to use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
11. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The revised version will be indicated by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of Fine Cut after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
