These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of https://finecut.io and any products purchased through Fine Cut. By accessing our website or completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.
Fine Cut is operated by Antonio Loncarevic, a sole trader based in Vienna, Austria. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

1. OUR PRODUCTS
Fine Cut sells premium digital editing assets for video editors and content creators, including LUTs, overlays, sound effects, presets, project files, and tutorial videos. All products are digital downloads — no physical goods are shipped.
Fine Cut is an independent entity. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Adobe Systems, Adobe Premiere Pro, Instagram, or any other software company or social media platform. Any software names or trademarks referenced on this site remain the property of their respective owners. Our products are designed to be used alongside third-party editing software, and it is your responsibility to ensure you have the compatible software required.
2. ORDERS & PAYMENT
All orders are processed through Whop, powered by Stripe. By completing a purchase, you confirm that:
You are at least 18 years of age
The payment information you provide is accurate and authorised
You have reviewed the product details and previews before purchasing
Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Apple Pay. All transactions are handled securely by Stripe — Fine Cut does not store your payment details.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or misuse.
3. DELIVERY & ACCESS
Upon successful payment, you will receive instant access to your purchased files via your Whop account. A confirmation and download link will be sent to the email address associated with your purchase.
If you experience any issues accessing or downloading your products, contact us at contact@antonioproductions.com with your order number and we will resolve it promptly.
4. REFUND POLICY
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances once a purchase has been completed and files have been delivered.
Because our products are digital downloads, they cannot be returned. This policy exists to protect our content from misuse. We strongly encourage you to review all product descriptions, previews, and compatibility information carefully before completing your purchase.
If you encounter a technical issue with accessing or downloading your files, we are committed to resolving it. Please contact us at contact@antonioproductions.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
5. LICENCE & PERMITTED USE
Purchasing a Fine Cut product grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal-use licence to use the files for your own personal video editing and content creation.
You may:
Use the assets in your own personal video projects
Use the assets in content you create and publish on your own social media channels
You may not:
Use the assets in paid client work or commercial productions
Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or transfer any purchased files to third parties
Share purchased files with others, whether for free or for payment
Upload purchased files to any platform, forum, or service for others to access
Claim ownership of any Fine Cut assets
This licence is granted to you personally and does not transfer to any other individual or entity.
6. PROHIBITED USES
In addition to the licence restrictions above, you agree not to:
Use our website or products for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our website, systems, or accounts
Use our products in a way that infringes the rights of any third party
Engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair the functioning of our website or services
Redistribute, resell, or sublicense purchased assets to any third party
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on finecut.io — including but not limited to product files, tutorial videos, website design, copy, graphics, and branding — is the exclusive property of Antonio Loncarevic and is protected by copyright law.
We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy against illegal redistribution. Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution of our materials constitutes a direct violation of our intellectual property rights. We actively monitor for infringement and will take immediate legal action upon detection, including DMCA takedown notices, cease and desist orders, and pursuit of financial damages.

8. DISCLAIMER
Fine Cut products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantees regarding specific results, outcomes, or performance from using our assets. Results will vary depending on your skill level, software, hardware, and creative approach.
All images and video used on this website to showcase our products are either original, licensed, or royalty-free stock material cleared for commercial use. Our product previews are for illustrative purposes only.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Antonio Loncarevic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Fine Cut products or this website, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of business opportunity.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific product.
10. DISPUTES & GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Austria, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first at contact@antonioproductions.com so we can attempt to resolve the matter informally. If a resolution cannot be reached, any legal proceedings shall be brought exclusively before the competent courts of Vienna, Austria.
If you are a consumer based in the EU, you may also have the right to use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
11. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The revised version will be indicated by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of Fine Cut after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
